When you enquire or apply for a mortgage it may be necessary for AFSD to share your personal information collected from you on this enquiry form and or loan application with companies who provide AFSD with services necessary to process your loan. These companies may include financial underwriters and financial service providers such as credit agencies, title and settlement companies, appraisal companies, insurance companies; and non-financial companies such as application service providers.

How do I access the information AFSD maintains about me?

We provide you with the ability to view, and if necessary update and correct, any information we maintain about you in our systems. Currently, this is limited to loan enquiries and auto newsletter services.

How does AFSD safeguard my personal information?

AFSD uses a variety of security safeguards to protect your information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. However information sent via the AFSD home loan enquiry form is currently sent insecurely.

Access to your personal information by AFSD employees and other authorised parties is provided on a "need to know" basis.
